I’mPOSSIBLE is an educational programme originally developed by the Agitos Foundation, the development arm of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), to introduce young people around the world to the values and vision of the Paralympic Movement.
Through education on inclusion and Paralympic values, I’mPOSSIBLE aims to challenge and change young people’s perceptions of persons with disabilities, contributing to a more inclusive society.
I’mPOSSIBLE was designed for teachers to engage young learners aged 6 to 18. It offers a range of easy-to-deliver lesson plans that introduce students to Paralympic values, para sports and inspiring performances from around the world.
The educational materials are structured to be age-appropriate and provide differentiated content suited to students at different stages of development.
The programme is flexible and can be adapted to the specific needs of schools and youth organisations worldwide. Schools can decide how to implement it based on their available resources and time. The activities are interdisciplinary and can be integrated into various subjects.
