November 8 at the Rehazenter – Discover, try out and experience Paralympic sports alongside Luxembourg’s athletes.
On Saturday, 08.11, the Luxembourg Paralympic Committee (LPC) will host the fifth edition of the Paralympic Day.
After the success of 2024, we invite you to a unique day of sport, discovery and inspiration.
Meet para-athletes, try different disciplines and share in the values of the Paralympic movement.
More than 20 sports workshops, exclusive shows and an inclusive curling tournament await you at the Rehazenter.

A 100% Accessible Day
Entry is free and open to everyone.
Young or old, with or without a disability – everyone is welcome at the Paralympic Day.
Whether you are an athlete, curious to try something new, or simply looking for inspiration, this day is for you.
Accessibility is at the heart of the event: a diverse program and an inclusive welcome ensure that everyone can enjoy a unique experience in the best possible conditions.
During the Paralympic Day 2025, you will have the opportunity to discover and try out more than 20 different sports and workshops.
They will be offered in two formats:
- Active Stations: open throughout the day at the indicated times, with free access (after general registration). Experts and para-athletes will present the disciplines and guide you through trying them out. No prior experience is required.
- Workshops: held at fixed times. Registration is mandatory, as each session is structured with specific content. Accessible to everyone, with no previous sporting experience required.
🥌Inclusive Curling Tournament
Don’t miss the exclusive curling tournament of Paralympic Day 2025!
From 11:30 to 13:30, teams made up of well-known personalities (Promi-Teams) will compete in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
This tournament is accessible to everyone: a unique opportunity to discover curling in competition mode, share the "ice" with celebrities, and experience this sport in a fun and inclusive way.

Throughout the day, enjoy spectacular demonstrations by our para-athletes, proud representatives of the Luxembourg Paralympic movement.
A unique opportunity to share their passion, discover their disciplines up close, and engage with them directly.
You will also have the chance to meet national sports personalities and take part in surprise activities specially prepared for this edition.
